Dry
2 Cups oat flour
2 Scoops of Muscle Gear Choc Protein
3/4 cup baking stevia
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
Wet
1 1/3 cup unsweetened cashew milk
2 Whole eggs
1 egg white
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Prehear oven to 350F.
Mix dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls, then combine. Pour/spread batter into a baking dish and bake for 8-15 minutes, I keep only in oven for about 9 mins remove and they are slightly fudgy, but taste way better. This is one of mine favorite..

Protein Cheesecake with Quest protein bar as your crust

Take 3 quest protein bars Cookies and Cream roll out and place into bottom of pan this will be your crust
- 12oz Fat Free Philadephia Cream Cheese
- 2 10oz Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1-2 Tbsp Stevia
- 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
- 1.5 Scoops Whey Protein Muscle Gear Protein sold at West Coast Nutrition Roseville
- 1tsp Vanilla Extract
- Dash Salt
Healthy Protein Cheesecake /Preparation
- Preheat oven to 325*
- Soften cream cheese in a large mixing bowl by pressing down with a spoon.
- Add eggs and stevia and mix using an electric mixer.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and continue mixing for 2-3 min
- Pour in baking pan (6 “pan works best)
Bake 325* for 25 mins then after 25 mins turn oven down 200* to finish baking for 1 hour. Let cool for 5 hours and enjoy
Ingredients
- 2 Scoops of Vanilla Zeal protein sold only at West Coast Nutrition
- 3/4 Cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 Cup Oatmeal
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 2 Eggs I used 24/7 eggs Sold at West Coast Nutrition
- 1/2 teaspoon Splenda or Stevia Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
- 3 tablespoons Coconut Shreds (Unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup Applesauce I used (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cups Walnuts (Chopped)
- 2 Bannas very ripe
Directions First preheat oven between 325F and 350F. Then mix all of the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Then in another bowl, mix all of your wet ingredients. Once you mixed the two separately add the wet mixture and the walnuts to the dry and mix until you get a thick paste. Take a cookie sheet and sheet and spray it lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Form dough into 1-inch balls, and space them equally on the sheet. Flatten the balls into whatever size you desire. Put in oven for 15-20 minutes, then enjoy

Bake 350 degrees F for 20-25 min
