2 Banana

3 scoops of Zeal Vanilla Protein “Sold at West Coast Nutrition

1 cup Oat Flour

1 Tsp Baking Powder

1/4 cup of Honey

1/4 Cup of Melted Coconut Oil

 

1   Mash Bananas

2   Add Everything else

Bake 350 degrees F for 20-25 min

Cal 193, Fat 9, Protein 8, Carbs 20 grams
