Eat the Bear treat

2 ripe mashed bananas

1 and a half cups of quick oats (might need to add more for thicker consistency)

1 cup of ripe raspberries

1/2 cup sliced almonds

Cinnamon

2 tbsp vanilla extract

Bake for 15-20 mins at 350 degrees

Let cool-mix 1 scoop of etb cinnamon bun protein & 1 tbsp water

Drizzle the protein icing over then enjoy
